By commissioning me you are agreeing with the following T.O.SFailure to abide by the Terms of Service below may result in a cancelled/rejected commission with or without a refund and/or be blacklisted.Please note that my delivery time may vary due to many factors, and mostly health issues, whether it be related to my eyes, my arm, or my overall health. I'm a potato with a completely useless immune system, so it's not surprising that I'm sick in one way or another.
-I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.-Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.-I have the right to work on personal art between commissions.
1. I only accept PayPal (invoice or if you are a frequent customer paypal.me) If you are Colombian, I can accept other methods!2. If you ask me for a slot, give me the idea along with your characters, but after the 24-hour grace period you still haven't made the payment or you ignore me, you'll automatically be on my blacklist! I've been very tolerant of this type of person who only wastes my time!3. You can't modify my art! It's totally disgusting. I will be sending wips during the creation process to avoid any doubts or misunderstandings!4. Come with a clear idea in your mind! Artistic freedom will cost more money, sorry, I've also had problems with people who give me freedom and in the end make me completely change the idea:/Be clear and direct with what you want so I can have a full understanding of your commission^^5. Tell me if there's anything in the first sketch I sent you don't like, or if I've made a mistake with any detail! Changes can be requested during the sketching stage, once I start the lining stage, any changes will require a fee (I'm also sending a wip with the base colors to make sure everything is okay)6. I would greatly appreciate a clear reference of your character, and also please keep in mind that if the character type seems complex to recreate, it will cost more due to the difficulty! (characters like these)7. Please note that I DO NOT do refunds... This rule is canceled if I haven't yet given you the first sketch (you cannot request a refund within the first 2/3 months of waiting, I've already said I work slowly about 5 times)It is also cancelled if I decide on my own that I cannot finish the work for any reason.8. I don't work on deadlines; life can be complicated and it makes it impossible for me to meet an exact delivery time. However, I will notify my client of anything that might delay me and my work.
